A Survivor's Story

Sometimes it’s comforting or reassuring to read the stories of other moms who’ve "weathered the storm" of PPD.  Please keep in mind, though, if you’re coping with anxiety, you may feel worse or overwhelmed by reading about other moms’ experiences.  If you find that to be the case, save this page for a time you and your counselor think is appropriate.

There are several books available, some of which are listed on the Read On! page. There are also numerous stories popping up on websites and blogs across the Internet. Here are a few that you might find helpful:
